Last week Bear and Doodles were in their first parade. They rode a float for our church and Doodles was also representing the Daisy Scouts. They had a blast and mom and dad got a lot of exercise!

They both had a great time waving at the crowds- especially when they saw their friends. However, Bear especially liked seeing these "visitors from a distant galaxy..."

 At the end of the day, Bear thought it might be more fun to be a snowman...

He looked cute- but it didn't last long!

It was a wonderful first experience and it was especially wonderful that the kids ended up passing out candy instead of collecting it!
