Alan Jackson/ Where were you on that September day?

Hello,

I just came home from a bible study I am doing with a friend and on the way home I was listening to some country music on my ipod. The song Where were you on that day? by Alan Jackson came on and I didn't realized how much that song is about Jesus. The song starts off talking about September 11th.

The couse goes "I'm just singer of simple songs, I'm not a real political man. I watch CNN but I'm not sure I can tell you the difference between Iraq and Iran. But I know Jesus and I talk to God. And I remember this from when I was young, Faith, hope and love are some good things He gave us, And the Greatest is love."

I realized tonight that this song is a very good song directing people from that trajedy that happend in our world, to Jesus, the LOVE OF JESUS!

This to me is the most important thing in our lives, Just tonight I guess why I am typing this, is amoung all the things we experience in our lives, good or bad, remember Jesus and His LOVE!

GOD BLESS!

Kathy
