This weblog has been created for two primary purposes. One is that of sharing information about materials that my family and I are reviewing for The Old Schoolhouse's Homeschool Crew. As we use the materials on a daily basis, I will keep the blog updated with information about our daily schedule and activities, which material(s) we are currently using, how we are using them, and what we like and/or dislike about each one. Whenever possible, I will also include information related to the use of the specific resource with a child who has special needs (autism in particular). After each resource has been thoroughly tested by my family and myself, I will post a complete review of each resource. The second purpose is that of keeping family and friends updated about my family, our daily lives, our activities, etc. I will occasionally post book reviews, pictures, and other information.
