It's always such a relief to get a big project done.... and rewarding!  We've lived in this house for about a year and a half.  Our home is a double wide, so it does not have an attic space, however, we have a big basement that is sectioned off for the most part.  Our entry is in the basement... but that also is the "collect-all" room.  It's where all my storage has been.  Christmas decorations, pictures, canning supplies, etc., etc.  There was an area that we have been planning on framing into a storage room... but just haven't done it until this weekend!    I wished I would have taken before pictures... but those of you that know me and have been here should see a big difference!  Now... if only we can get that garage done to get DH's things out there!  

This is inside the new storage room.  If everything was in totes... I would be able to fit approximately 45 on the shelves. 

This room will eventually be DH's wildlife living room. 

It gives the sense of accomplishment... and I love the way it feels.  If you look in the picture above, you can see the snowmen that the kids and I will be painting to sell at a flea market in a couple of weeks.  My "TODO LIST" is getting shorter... but still is ever so long.
