• Feb. 13, 2008 - My House Is Buried In Snow!

Just kidding. I am, however, considering opening my place up as a ski resort...

Here is the front of my house. Somewhere under the snow is a porch:

This is the boys' swing set. My 6 yo is thrilled- he can finally reach the top! At least, a couple of days ago he could. Now, he could probably climb right over it!

Wow! That is amazing snow! I have never seen so much... I wish you send some of that to me...but not all of it.

Oh my goodness do you ever have a lot of snow! Can I be remotely jealous of all your snow! Since we started skiing this year I have been praying for snow almost everyday! Those around me are thinking I am nuts. Anyway, hopefully you have a lot of milk and supplies to just hunker down with! Tammy

This does not qualify for "the grass is always greener" in my book. I thought I was buried enough. We got "nuthin'" compared to that, so I'll just take my little foot of snow and be thankful, I guess.

Have fun with all that snow. . .

Edited to add: I just had a terrifying thought! It involved my Habanero, your balcony, and all that snow! 8'O

Gosh, I think you have more than we do - and technically you live "south" of us -- so how does that work? I thought that the further north you lived the more snow you got???
