There is nothing better than the taste of homemade bread or the smell of it baking. Such as wonderful skill for a young lady to have.

I didn't get to post my menu last Saturday. Last week was a wild, wierd week. I have been playing catch up all this week with the housework and laundry. I plan on posting it this week and will leave a link to your menu for this past week as well your new one if you have time to get one posted.

You were right about technology. In our day and age, it is very hard to get away from it. I am glad to know that there are others that feel the same way I do about living a simpler life and trying to figure out how all the technology fits in with it.
