Thankful Thursday
I am thankful that Christ died for me.
I am thankful that my husband and my daughter, my mom and my brother have all been saved along with my daddy who is in heaven waiting for us.
I am thankful that it is time for Spring break...
I am thankful for my dear sweet Sister/friend, Penny...for how we are able to talk about homemaking and "frugalness" (Is that even a word).
I am thankful for my new friends Kristy and Julie, that I have gotten to know on Facebook...they are such a blessing to me everyday.
I am thankful that my daughter is healthy again.
I am thankful that Brittany has been so compliant with us as we held her off to get her temporary license until now.
I am thankful that my husband loves me.
I am thankful that I have gotten to be a stay at home mom for all these years.
Thank you Jesus for what You did for us. For dying for us and pardoning our sin. Thank you that we have hope in You and You alone and that someday...we will be with you forever and ever.

That was so BEAUTIFUL!! I'm SO thankful for you, too! I really feel a kinship with you and I know that the Lord totally blessed me by letting me get to know you. You are a dear friend and sister in Christ!
I'm totally inspired to write what I'm thankful for. It will have to be a thankful Friday as I'm too exhausted to write anything tonight, but the main thing is to give thanks.
God is SO good to us, isn't He?
I checked the 5000 Year Leap out at the library and it's over-due. It is slow reading for me, too. I know I should take it back, but I also see how many people have it on hold (because they saw it on Glenn Beck) and I know I won't get it back for months. I also checked out the George Washington book and got it yesterday and I have to have it back by the 29th. Again - lots of holds on it. I won't be keeping that one past the due date because the fines are $1.00 PER DAY!! Can you believe that? It's because it's an inter-library loan and comes from a different library. I'm thinking I may have to break down and just order the books so I can have copies for myself. I also ordered the other book he talked about - I can't think of the name of it right now - through the library. I am so interested in all this! I agree - we are so left of what our founding fathers wanted for our country. It's sad, really.
I'll have to email you - I'm creating a huge comment here. lol
I love you, dear friend!!
God bless you - Julie

That's a great list that you have here. Thanks for including me. I'm thankful that I have you in my life and that we are sisters in Christ. When we stop and meditate on our lives, we can see the things that we have been blessed with and never noticed before.
Love Ya Sis!
Penny
