Ever have one of those moments where a song just really ministers and speaks loudly to your heart?
The song "The Motions" by Matthew West did just that to me today! The Chorus goes:
I don't wanna go through the motions
I don't wanna go one more day
without Your all consuming passion inside of me
I don't wanna spend my whole life asking,
"What if I had given everything,
instead of going through the motions?"
Ever just feel like you are just going through the motion on your Christian Walk? Ever just feel that you are not as close as you were to HIM once before?
I do not want to just go through the motions. I want to have a love so strong that I can not even function without out HIM!
Lord help me to give you my WHOLE heart. Lord light a fire and passion inside of me! In Jesus Mighty Name!
