Learning new things!!

It's exciting times in the Perkins' house, because The Perkins' Girls are learning to sew!  Gracie got a really nice sewing machine for Christmas and she has been practicing her straight lines, which by the way she is pretty good at!  ZoBo got Gracie's old one ( and now I know why I never got around to trying to teach Gracie on that thing).  I think Brad spent more time fixing it than Zoe did trying to use it, and Aggie was just as excited and frustrated at the same time to only be able to watch.  I remember right before Christmas I was telling someone that we were getting Gracie a sewing machine for Christmas, and they thought seven was just too young to learn to sew.  I am glad I had an open mind!  I can't wait to see the things my Perkins' Girls are going to pop out of their imaginations with the skills they are going to learn!
