One day 3 boys decided to go camping in the jungle with their dad because their dad was an explorer and he was going this week! Maybe he would bring them with him so they went to ask. When they got there they said, "Can we go to the jungle with you?" and he said, "Yes you can! But why do you want to go? I will have to work the whole time."
"We know. It is because we want to go camping!"
"Camping?! You boys really want to go camping in the jungle?!"
"Yes, we do!" said the boys.
"O.K. then, let's go!"
When they got there, one of the boys went to explore before the dad said the rules. He had been gone for a really long time. The other boys were scared so they went to look for him. When they found him he was laying on the ground. All the boys thought he was dead. They went to get Dad. Dad looked at him and said, "He is not dead but he fainted."
"What does that mean?"
"It is hard to explain. Just help me get him back to camp."
"O.K. Dad."
When they got back to camp, Dad called for help. A big truck came and got the boy in and the other boys went too. When they got to the hospital their mom was there and she said, "Who was it?!"
"It was Jon."
She started crying.
A week later they went to the hospital and the doctor said, "It was a purple night shadow."
Mom started crying again.
"But he's all better now."
Then she stopped crying and they all lived happily ever after.

What is a purple night shadow? i got your message. We still have the cat from Uncle Curt's. She went in my dad's truck motor but she got out before getting hurt real bad. Carly
