I just wanted to tell you all how much I appreciate your enthusiastic responses, well-wishes and prayers in response to our BIG news! You all made my day, and I can't stress to you enough how much it means to me to read your supportive and happy comments!
I will try to answer your questions, but I will wait until after my appointment tomorrow. I will be quizzing the doctor as well! LOL But I will tell you this...all my children have been beside themselves with excitement, plans, and wanting to pick out names. Even my BIG girls are very, very happy. I'm so thankful for that, because I'm sure that would not be the case for all 17 (almost 18) year old siblings! We are blessed beyond measure.
And I am blessed to have all of you! Thank you again...from the bottom of my heart! And please continue to pray that all will go well!
Amy, Amy, Amy! Seems I haven't been able to get you and your family out of my mind these last few days. Oh, my goodness - the things I think of! The older girls might be downright sad to head off to college... The other kids are going to be old enough to be such a great help to you... It's a good thing you "put up" so much food last summer - it's all gonna come in handy... What a great opportunity for those in your church to serve and bless you... I will for sure keep all of you in my prayers. Let me know how your appointment goes!
I'm a bit behind in blogland, but CONGRATS!! How exciting! I'm sure it was a bit of a shock when you found out it was twins. Can't wait to see and hear more of these little ones!
I'm a very happily married pastor's wife, former schoolteacher-turned-homeschool mom of six wonderful blessings, and freelance writer--and we live in the great state of Georgia! I'm a southern girl through and through...but most importantly, I'm a child of the King! We have just finished up our twelfth year of homeschooling, and our two oldest have now graduated! This is my place to record thoughts about homemaking, Classical-Charlotte Mason based homeschooling, writing around the fringes of family life, and more...so welcome to my little corner of the world!
