We included this craft in our lapbook.. found @ http://www.littleblots.com/CraftPumpkinBook.html Here was the verse inside the mini book that we did.. New International Version Matthew 13 Read This Chapter 13:3 Then he told them many things in parables, saying: "A farmer went out to sow his seed. 13:4 As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. 13:5 Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. 13:6 But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root. 13:7 Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants. 13:8 Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop--a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown. 13:9 He who has ears, let him hear."
yes Kass the birds can be purple..It would not be your lapbook if they were not purple
Kass was all done coloring but it is good to show the last page..

| I sure the hubby will fix the size soon..I not sure how to do that..Every other time I have pasted the code from photobucket I have never had problems.But I see thay are huge too.I have lots of organizing I want to do on my blog mabey my hubby will do it for me Birthday tomorrow.. |

Hi! Your lapbook looks great! We are still working on ours. My son is loving this though! We'll have ours posted next week sometime!
Also- to make your photos smaller:
When adding an entry, you click the yellow mountain button at the top to add a photo. Have your photobucket account open and copy the direct link code (of the photo you want to add). Paste this code in the entry page that poped up when you pushed the mountain in the box that says Image URL. Then click your mouse in the larger PREVIEW box at the bottom. THe pict will show up in there (probably very large) Go to the boxes to the left of that and put a number in the top box that says width- just pick a number - you can change it and the photo will change. I ususlly use 333. It automatically then adjusts the photo and the porportions of the Height, etc. Then just click the Insert Photo button and it should appear in your new entry at a smaller size.
