Jun. 30, 2008 - Eric Carle
We were able to go to hear author Eric Carle speak. It was a wonderful time, one I am sure that will not be forgotten. We went down to Indy with our friends, Ami and Elijah. We had a good time together, I always prefer to get lost with a friend than alone:)!

Here Mr. Carle is talking out his book, The Very Hungry Caterpiller. he said he got the idea for the book when he was messing around with a hole punch hmmm....

One of my favorite things is being able to get an autographed book from the author, too! Maybe some day Gabriel will be an author of a book and boy oh boy do I ever want to be the first person who gets his autograph!! Do best teachers give autographs, also?!! Love, Your #1 Fan, ~Mom
