Abuse in schools
Attention young people:  This is a parents only entry and article.

My husband had me read this WorldNet Daily article this morning.  We hear more and more in the news about teachers s*xually abusing their students.  You will be utterly shocked to hear some judges responses, basically "who cares?  I don't see where anyone was harmed here".  You will be floored by the statistics showing how many children this is happening to in school.

You may think "I know this stuff is happening, that is why we homeshool, so why do I need to read this?".  Well, the article, which is long, goes into WHY this is happening.  WHY many people just don't see a problem with it, with teens 13+ at least.  How it's gone past rebelling against Judeo-Christian morals,(even people who were not Christians still had the same basic moral code)  things have gone so far those morals and the reasons for them have been forgotten.

This is an excellent Christian worldview article, and if you have older teens it may be a good one for them to read after you.

Since it's 11:00 pm, I will try to come back tomorrow to read the article. Where is this tea shop you went to? Salamander tea? I hope the blue stuff didn't have anything to do with it's name? How does a tea get named "Salamander"? : )

P.S. Love the mug. I have been wanting to go to the Glades to find a piece of pottery for my mantel.
