Snow is white, snow is light, snow is cold, snow is fun, so we decided to have fun yesterday in the snow. But forgot the camera, so no Pictures.

We got up early, did schoolwork, and I put dinner in the crockpot and at one we headed out to meet a few other homeschoolers at Plum Creek Nature Center to go sleding down the 30 foot hill. I wish I had pictures to show you how steep the hill is, you have to go to the edge to see the bottom because of the curve of the hill.

My 5 yr old grandson was already at the bottom of the hill before I got to the top. This kid has no fear. My sons Eddie(11) and Pat(15) went with us. We had great time and dinner was done(yeah!!!) when we got back, as I was still frozen when I went to sleep.

Isn't it wonderfull to be able to do school work and to have fun before it gets to cold outside?

Oooo... sledding, how fun. We finally got more than a dusting of snow here, and it is too COLD to go outside!! The poor kids....
