I've started a new blog called "Losin' the Fat Suit". It's a supplement to, not a replacement of this one. Oddly enough the idea came to me while commenting on Nikowa's blog. Then mumumomma seconded the notion. Next thing you know, the Spirit was saying "Do it!" So I did! Part of my stepping out of this empty pitcher of mine is beginning to take better care of my body. I've totally slid out of my Lenten discipline of cutting out sugar because life "conspired" to give me a long list of convenient excuses which I readily took. Long story short . . . er: If you are trying to or want to start trying to lose weight, please come check out the blog. Tell your friends. The idea is that we'd work together to take the baby steps needed to lose weight for good in a healthy and positive way (no guilt allowed). So the more the merrier! Thanks! Jennifer |
