This is the recipe my sister and I used for lemonade on Saturday. It was a big hit!
8 lemons 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 quarts (8 cups) water
Thinly slice lemons and remove seeds, then place in a large bowl. Sprinkle with the sugar. Let stand 10 minutes. Press fruit with poatatoe masher or back of spoon to extract juice. Add water, pressing fruit until well flavored. Remove fruit slices. Serve over ice cubes. If desired, garnish with lemon slices. 10 (1 cup ) servings
