Yesterday we went on a picnic at a beautiful park.  It has a really cool tree that is great for taking pictures on.  There is a picture of us on it on honeybunny's blog. She also has a pic of herself standing under the roots of a uprooted tree.

Hilarie is doing much better.  Her feet are healing nicely.

It has been really warm lately.  We have a pool in the backyard,  it isn't  very big but it is good for cooling down. On Thursday and Friday it is supposed to get up to 100°!!!!!!!  I like warm weather, but not that warm.  Thankfully we have air conditioners and  I am very lucky to have my room in the basement where it is cool.

   Praise be to be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,  the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves received have received from God.                  2 Corinthians 1:3-4
