Princess In His Kingdom

Jun. 3, 2007 - It is I!

Hello.

It is I.

Sarah.

If you don't remember me, .... you have good reason.

Anyway, I am happy to be back on the internet, and I hope to catch up with all of you sometime soon.

About my last few weeks:  I am taking a student orientation class, and I have to write a personal portfolio about my life.  So PLEASE, if anyone has any ideas about what areas of my life I should write about, I shall be very interested in hearing about it.

I've also discovered if you jump around on a wet floor you are eventually going to slip and almost fall on your face.

I've been reading the book, On Every Side, by Karen Kingsbury.  It's a fantastic story about how we are faced every day on every side by obstacles and challenges.  Throughout the book, the characters face difficult situations, and disappointing events.  Through it all though, they find out that God is there beside them the whole way, even when the going was tough.

One of the Bible verses mentioned in the book is one of my favorites:

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.  --Romans 8:38-39

Student Orientation eh? sounds a bit like a College skills course I took my first semester except we didn't write a portfolio, we had to find the names of the deans and the president and figure out where everything was on campus, and make a four semester plan of classes we were going to take in the near future. Good luck with it and I can't think of what you could write about, maybe your past school history or somethin?

About Me
God blessed the broken road, that led me straight to you. ----------------------------------------------------------- Living every day to the fullest, living out loud, living God's way, living to please Him, living for God. "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." -Joshua 1:9 ------------------------------------------------------------- I am a 17 year old homeschool graduate named Sarah. I love to read, and hang out with family and friends. Recently, I have been wrestling with college, and all the fun decisions that are involved. Thankfully, God has been with me and my mom and dad every step of the way, and provided a pathway for me to follow. For now. God is certainly blessing the broken road that I am traveling on. ----------------------------------------------------------- Feel free to leave me messages, I would love to get back to you! I remain, God's servant, and your friend, Sarah
