Pray for NIU

Please continue to pray for the NORTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY community. On February 14, 2008, at 3:06 pm, a gunman opened fire on a classroom filled with more than 100 students. 22 students were shot...5 of the victims died from their wounds. My daughter is a student at NIU. Please pray with us that the Lord would be at work in the students and faculty of the university as they try to make sense of this unthinkable tragedy.

When I read that your daughter was at NIU, I had to run over to see if you had anything on your blog about it. I was relieved to know that your daughter is apparently okay. I'm so sorry your family is touched by this.
