I really like blogging and the Internet. I only recently got into blogging and am learning more every day. That seems to be a common phrase with me, but when there are new things to learn, it keeps me interested. I am very interested in my daughter's homeschooling. I have searched high and low for Reformed curriculum and I finally found some that I am almost sure of going with. I found some math curriculum I want to use, but I will have to see if I can integrate it with the curriculum. I love my friends. I have never had such wonderful friends in all my life. My friends branch out from our church group and that is always the environment I have wanted for my daughter. They are our extended family and we are dedicated to one another and I love that. I am learning more and more about Reformed theology and am thoroughly loving it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am interested in everything rural. I like to butcher chickens outside for hours once a year with a big group of friends. I like to shoot pumpkins across a field with a sling during autumn harvest time. I like to garden in my friend's huge garden on her farm. I like to check out 4H things at the fair. I like to hang my clothes out on the line to dry. I like my daughter to play outside and get absolutely filthy. I like the fact that my daughter can go next door to the elderly neighbor's house and walk right in. I like to dig a hole in the ground and plant a tomato plant and grow my very own best-tasting tomatoes I have ever had in my life and mail a huge box of them to my relations who live a few days away, and in the desert, who eat them right out of the box as soon as they open them. I like to crochet and have made some gorgeous afghans, but don't have a picture of them to show as examples because I have given them away...mental note, ask to be sent a picture of them. :o)
