I am 34 (as of June.) I am married to a GEM named Jeremy. I call him Jerm. (He's a GEM because all GEMS have flaws.) He's an Art Director for an ad agency. He works with more breasts than an average doctor does on a 'breast check exam day.' He makes woman look gorgeous on their photos and sends mine out with zits and a uni'brow. I have 2 boys. BigM (3.5) who is spirited, sensitive and a little devil sometimes. LittleE is my future hope. He's (2) I am working on the 'Scream Free' method of discipline along with taking 'time outs' for myself. We moved back to Wisconsin 6 months ago from a 10 year spurt in Las Vegas. I worked as an Account Manager and Secret Shopper. It was a great life…then came the kids………After the kids I worked part time as a Childcare Facilitator for The Crossing Church in Las Vegas. I am a big advocate for Homeschooling so I was able to implement my ideas and crafts on this job. Little rug rats are my thing. I love them as long as they don't wipe their snot on my pants. For leisure-- I don't have leisure. I guess this group is now officially my leisure. I have 3 Italian Greyhounds who love to 'spoon' each other. I get jealous sometimes for I don't have the time to 'join in'. (Life is so unfair.) I love to laugh, make people laugh and laugh out loud at my kids. Of course I never laugh at myself... I am serious when I need to be. Life is full of challenges. Full of people who will challenge your mind. Let it roll I always say. Smile then talk behind their backs to your spouse. That's what he's there for! Jesus is my best friend..number one. He loves me unconditionally. I am striving to be a good Christian Mother without loosing humor. I am what you call a ‘New Age Christian Mom’. Laughter is key to a happy life. I will laugh at everything good or bad. I have been told I am the life of a party. I talk about things you may not desire to hear. That’s ok. Just remember to love me anyways as I embarrass you. I spend many a day implementing Attachment Parenting techniques with my kids while trying to start this homeschool process. We are currently using Before Five in a Row and Hands on Homeschooling. After the day is done and the last hind end is wiped I find myself acting desirable to my husband. I then have given to EVERYONE in my household. I can now go upstairs and jump on this computer. A happy Amy is a happy mom, wife, friend, sister, daughter and love slave. I want to share life again to it's fullest with you all. HAPPY HOMESCHOOLING!
