About Me:
I am 17 yrs old and the 4th oldest out of ten kids. My two older sisters are both married, and each have two kids. I have three nieces and one nephew.
I love Jesus with my whole heart and want to serve Him always.
I like to write stories, songs and poems. I don't play any instrument, so I actually only write the lyrics to songs, the music in my head tho.
I enjoy reading. Some of my favorite authors are: Brandilyn Collins, Linda Hall, Terri Blackstock, Tracie Peterson, Dee Henderson, Kathy Herman, Mark Mynheir, etc. I love to read msteries, suspense, and some historical romance.
I live in a small town, but first came from the city.
I love to drive, and got my permit this past October; my parents have this rule we can't drive until we're 17--it's a good age, they say.
I have been homeschooled all my life, and am in 11th grade. I want to be a NICU nurse some day.
I love to watch movies, and listen to music. Some of my favorite artists: Kutless, Pillar, Falling Up, Audio Adrenaline, Jeremy Camp, Matthew West, Newsboys, Rebecca St. James, etc. I love Christian rock music and worship. Country isn't my thing.
I love animals, altho they are not equal to us. Yes, we are to treat them kindly, but we do not, or at least should not, deny ourselves stuff for their 'rights'.
I love NCIS, JAG, Bones, the Brady Bunch, Adam-12, Drake & Josh...for TV and for movies I love Lay it Down, Fireproof, White Wolves, the Princess Diaries, the Climb, Hangman's Curse, The Visitation, and a whole bunch of other movies.
I have started a fantasy story, altho that really isn't my thing. I'm stuck on chapter two...it's almost finished, but I need just a little more on it. But I am writing a kind-of murder mystery, and it's coming along smoothly. I usually write about teens in real-life situations, but what I really want to write is mysteries!
