We wanted to do something while I was still a kid, not a bleached blonde, pimpled, makeup covered, hormonal teenager. So we packed up our duffel bags, stocked up on canned pickles (yum), jellied unidentified fruits, and very preserved bread loaves, and headed out the door. We traveled all over Europe in our rainbow, patched up van (that looks like it's from the Stoneage), going to every festival. We did everything! We sipped boiling cups of dandelion tea under a glittering sheet of stars on a sandy peaceful beach in England, washed our hair with twig shampoo in Scotland, argued with a lady with flaming red hair in Galic in Ireland, and danced to crazy music under the ancient watchful eyes of the famous Stonehenge towering stones on Midsummer's Eve. Yeah, we did it all, and now that the Summer is regretfully beginning to fade away to reveal Fall's blustery afternoons and rainbow rorange painted forests my mum and I have decided that we don't want to give up our new adventurous life. So for now on we're officially New Age Travelers, (or to use the more enchanting version) Gypsies! Isn't it great? And I'm going to write about all of it here, so you can follow me while I'm on my astonishing tour of Europe and through my life. Hey, I know that my title & blog might've given you the impression that I may be just a little crazy, but you're right. I am! But all the weird looks & comments I get are worth it becasue I'm living my days like they're my last & my life to its complete fullest. I'm going to record it all, right here. Because someday when I'm like 97 & I'm sitting in a rusty wheelchair in a Nursing Home bored almost to my grave that I'll enjoy looking at these posts that I wrote when I actually didn't have wrinkles on my wrinkles! I hope you enjoy it & that I don't scare you too bad.
