Right now, my time is limited so my main interests are our family of 4 and our pets which include 3 dogs one a Great Dane, one a Retriever, and one a malti-poo, 1 cat, 1 Ring-Necked dove, 1 ferret, and a horse When time is more plentiful, I collect books, read, write my newsletter, magazine articles, etc, create new recipes using whole grains, all manner of hand crafts sew, knit by hand and on my knitting machine, crochet, even tat, and various other art forms ceramics, draw, paint, etc
