About Me:
I am a homeschooling Mom to 6 children, ranging in age from 4 - 17. We also breed Bengal cats (www.spotswalkin.com ) and keep very busy with our other pets, church, and homeschool community.
My goal is to raise children who love God, their family and their community.
For the 1st five years we used mainly Sonlight curriculum, but now have branched out some. I still really like a literature based curriculum with a Christian world view.
As a alternate member of The Old Schoolhouse focus group this year, we have have had the opportunity to try out many products. Some I had known about and wanted to try and others are brand new to me.

Oh so many interests and so little time! Right now - for this season- my interests include my husband, children and the cats I raise. I also do manage to put together some scrapbooks and card making. I have also been working on a quilt square a month for the past 2 years. This year I tried to do 2 a month. I don't know how to put them together or finish a quilt, though!

 Smooth Stones Christian | 1 entries, 2 comments | | Listed in Eclectic | | Our school is named after the 5 stones the biblical David gathered to slay Goliath. My husband's name is David and our last name means "Rock". So, we thought this would be an appropriate title. We are seeking to smooth out the rough edges on our 6 little stones and send them out to be used by God. |
