Welcome to Homeschool Candy! Anyone who likes to create with their children is welcome here! After all, anytime we teach our children at home, regardless of whether or not they attend public/private school or not, we are indeed "home schooling" by definition. If we did not do this, our children would leave home without the ability to do laundry, fix a button, cook a meal, care for others, or love. Now that I've said my peace about why "Homeschool" Candy, let's address "Candy"! Candy for the brain and candy for the mind - and of course, candy to eat! Cooking in the kitchen is a GREAT way for little minds to learn all kind of things; addition, subtraction, fractions, science, world cultures, and on and on and on. So, THIS blog will be dedicated not only to cooking, baking, and candymaking, but the scientific aspects of it, the world cultures of it, and even more importantly, the FUN OF IT!!!
