Hello, I live in Milwaukee. My son hates his new school. He has been the only white kid in his class before, but his new school seems to be less friendly. This is getting in his way of learning. He has always been top of his class and straight a's. Now he is sad, tearful and distracted. I want to begin to homeschool him, but have no idea where to start and what the laws are for WI to enroll. Any help, please, advise.
