About Me:
My 2 youngest children are RAD. Our 10 year old is currently living away from home. I homeschool when it works for us. My son is currently in the christian school. I am constantly amazed at what I learn about God as we go through this process with these two. I also have two grown children. They both just graduated from Prairie Bible College. Our son and daughter-in-law are expecting their first baby in July. Our daughter will be married in May.

 Master Designer Academy | 28 entries, 25 comments | | Listed in Textbook | | I was back to homeschooling BOTH of my children after a disastrous year in the public school. But homeschooling was even worse. One is now in public school and the other is in the Christian school. My biological children are grown, one married and going back to college and the other is in Guatemala through her college program. My adopted children are 9 and 8. They were prenatally exposed to alcohol, are ADD/ADHD, RAD and who knows what else. Last year in school, they concluded that they rule the roost totally. We tried to work on this concept for years and now it is worse than ever. And it is getting even worse with the 9 year old. The 8 year old is on meds that have helped a lot. We are spending a lot of time working on respect and obedience the parents' way. Our desire is healing for our children's hearts. |
