I have adored Charlotte Mason, loved Greenleaf Press, made my own Unit Studies, needed the help of BJU, Spelling Power, English from the Roots Up, tried Sonlight. Now, for this year, I'll be with Tapestry of Grace. I needed a fresh start! After 24 years with Ford, my husband retired from Ford Motor Company due to a plant closure in Norfolk , VA. Instead of going 'home' to TN, we prayed about staying in Virginia, a place we just love. We settled in the area of the Shenendoah Valley, near Roanoke, Va. We moved because of a church we felt the Lord leading us to, in order to train our children. We bought a home and now my husband works for Norfolk and Southern Railroad.
