We had been asking and praying if it was God's will that we move to the country. We did not want to move if it was not his will for us. After praying and waiting, the 'window' (not the door) opened up and we jumped through it! It was definitely an answer to prayer to be out here on the Texas Country Side. It was awesome to see God continuing to choose to work in our lives. We are a homeschooling, Torah Observant, family. Additionally I run a small Home Business of Boarding and Training Dogs to help support my husband's income. I really enjoy my line of work and it seems to come naturally (a gift from God). We have 5 dogs, 6 - paired cockatiels (3 pairs), a 30 gal. Saltwater Fish tank with a small selection of fish and crustaceans, and one ornery red and white dog 'unfriendly' though very much in-charge, kitty cat (yes red... she's a red tabby... you can see her stripes only when you take a picture though, otherwise I call her my chocolate kitty cat) Incidentally she does think she's a tiger, and that is 'supposed' to be her there in my avatar. We eventually plan to add some farm animals to our country equation. We plan on getting a small flock of sheep for showing, lawn mowing, and for the Aussie dogs to herd. We also plan on getting some egg-laying Chickens, that we also might possibly show. Everything in time... because also once things get settled we would also like to get a couple of horses.
