About Me:
I am a mother of a 6 year old son and 4 year old daughter. This year we will be making a weekly page in a student made notebook to chronical our year of homeschooling - as well as the usual!
Curriculum I'm using: Moving Beyond the Page (interdisciplinary units - all subject areas including social studies and science), RightStart Math, Handwriting without Tears, MCP Phonics, Singapore Math's Challenging Word Problems, Calculadder, 365 Manners Kids Should Know - and whatever mom & the kids decide. ;)

Because my first name begins with "K", I like cats and the definition seems to fit me while preparing for a homeschool year. It will also most likely sum up this blog quite nicely.
