About Me:
I believe my calling is to reach out to those, like me, who have had their priorities skewed a bit (or a lot!). I was a working mom, full-time student, ranked Top 100 Best Students at my university while pregnant with my second child and married to a gorgeous hunk of a man. Sounds braggy..but I was miserable. My marriage stunk, my kids liked their sitter more then me, I quit breastfeeding because I was leaking milk on my desk at school!! I can't believe how selfish I was. And just think, I did it all for my family!
I am now a homeschooling mom to our two beautiful daughters, 7 & 10. I drive an old minivan that my husband begs me to replace with something newer. I'm heavier then I've ever been, have less spending money then I've ever had, and wear clothes that have absolutely no style what-so-ever...but I've never been happier.
This will be a work in progress, but my main objective is to share with anyone interested, how I "failed" my way to a wonderfully blessed life.
