Breakfast:

1 bowl-Frosted Mini Wheats w/Rice milk

1 cup Orange/Strawberry/Banana juice

Snack:

Craisins

Banana

Lunch:

Lean Pocket- Chicken, Broccoli and Cheese

Pretzles

1-Christmas cookie

Snack:

1/2 Poptart

Dinner:

Salad w/ French Dressing

Spaghetti

2 Pieces of Garlic Bread

3 small cookies

Cups of Water:

I I I

 Daily Exercise:

20 minutes of time on the trampoline with the children

1 day of running after children!!!
