Monday, September 17, 2007 - Blogger Friend School Assignment #2

This week’s assignment was to create a special place to blog based on last week’s “dream” place.  I fixed up this spot on the second story porch on our house.  I do occasionally sit out here in the morning reading my Bible, enjoying my morning coffee and writing out what I’d like to post. (Yes, I do write out most of my posts the old fashioned way before typing it into the computer.) I added the table and my husband’s computer for the assignment.  If you look very closely to the bottom of the picture in front of the table, you’ll notice a little visitor.  The lizard slipped into the shot without me seeing it. 

The verse I have been thinking on this week is:

Matthew 11:28-30

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
