Friday, September 7, 2007 - Bees In Flight
As I was downloading the pictures from my camera the other day, I found this one taken by my son. He never mentioned taking it. I was amazed at what he was able to capture and asked how he did it. He told me that he had seen the bees flying at each other and thought it was cool. So he got the camera, lay down on the driveway and zoomed in. He took 3 pictures before they flew off. I thought this one was awesome. I told him to post it on his blog, but he really is not that interested in blogging, so I’m posting it here.

That is a very cool picture!
I have been wanting to change my template for a while now, but havent seen anything that I really liked that was homeschooly....I also thought a movie theme would be neat, but until now didnt find a movie that really fit. Up until my latest we had four children like George & Mary in "It's A Wonderful Life" It is one of our favorite movies to watch during the holiday season (even though we dont agree with the theology ;) ) So I thought I would see how it looked. I just wish it wasnt so dark. I do like the title "It's a wonderful life" and found a scripture that I thought worked well with it. Anyway... sorry for the long explanation (but you asked). I am still going to keep my eyes open to see if there is something I like better!
