Friday, September 26, 2008 - Flashback Friday & Sew Crafty Friday-Scarecrow Family

A recent project brought to mind a fall many years ago.  My oldest son and I had decided to create a fall display representing our family.  We gathered old clothes from each family member and set to work.  We made scarecrows to represent my husband and the 2 boys.  When we made my likeness we included a slightly larger belly because that year I was pregnant with my daughter.  We received many a comment from passer-bys.  Making these with my son is one of my fondest memories of fall.
