Thursday, November 27, 2008 - Thankful
I am thankful for the Son that shines,
Upon my everyday,
Grateful for His Love Divine,
That washed my sin away.
I am thankful for the trials that come,
To strengthen who I am,
Grateful that He is the One,
The sacrificial Lamb.
I am thankful for the air I breathe
And every step I take
Grateful that He’s chosen me
And died for my soul’s sake.
I am thankful that He loved me so,
Though worthy I am not
Grateful that I truly know
My life He has bought.
His blessings I am thankful for
His joy fills my day
Grateful that He loves me more,
Than any words can say.
