I always add water to the last bits of my shampoo to get it out of the bottle, but I find the dollar store is the right price.
When we were kids my mom always rinsed our hair with vinegar as a conditioner. What do you use?

That is a great idea. I had never thought of making my own shampoo. THanks for sharing!

You make your own shampoos? That's really cool. I would never have thought of that. Thanks for sharing the recipes. Do you add a scent of any kind? Do they have a strong enough scent for young teens? My daughter's hair smell all the time, within just a short while after washing -- even when I supervise! I would love to find a shampoo that helped with her issue.

Thank you so much for sharing. I am on the hunt for tightwad shampoos. Have you ever seen a recipe for a shampoo soap bar ? I really am trying to lesson the amount of plastic bottles.

I have dry scalp issues. I'm assuming this recipe would probably be better for my scalp than regular shampoos but I also have dry curly hair. So, my question is, do you still use a conditioner with this shampoo for your hair? Thanks for sharing all your great tips and devotions!

Yes, I always use conditioner. I add water to my conditioner to stretch it.
