What a great list of thankfulness and a great explanation of how complaining is also a form of blasphemy. I must admit I am guilty of both, sometimes. Thanks for the reminder.

Complaining as blasphemy. . . ! Why did I never see it that way? It's so true! Thanks for your TT post and for the devotional. God bless you richly.

What wonderful things for which to be thankful! I am especially glad that your dd's illness turned out to just be an infection.

I'm so thankful that it was only an infection and nothing more. I need to get out my carpet cleaner before school starts. Blessings!

What a wonderful list of blessings that the Lord has brought you this week.
It is so easy to get caught up in complaining but praise God He gives us the strength to live above that. Praise His name for all things!

Great post...full of truth. Judgmentalism and Complaining come naturally to me...but thank God through the power of the Holy Spirit he provides the fruit of mercy and compassion...and gratefullness instead of complaining. I think we have to "fill up" with him and "dump" out ourselves in order to overcome the natural tendency to complain.
