Oct. 9, 2008 - Thankful Thursday and Building on the Rock

This week, I am thankful for tears.  I am going through some really tough things right now, and the tears have been a sweet release to my pent-up emotions.  I feel so alone right now, so I am thankful that I know my God has not left me, nor will He leave me, in spite of how I feel.

 

On a more positive note, I am also thankful that I managed to get my new website up and running.

You are never alone. God is always with you. He will never leave you, nor forsake you. However, if you ever need to reach out to any of your sisters...do so. You are never alone, Stacy. God loves you so much. I wonder if sometimes He doesn't give us these lonely feelings to draw us closer to Him. Not saying that you're not close enough already - that came out wrong, but you know what I mean. Like He wants us to see Him as our one and only source of fulfillment.
