Dec. 17, 2008 - Combined Entry for Heart Transplant
I am combining several entries this week due to time constraints.
She got the heart transplant!!!!
My best friend was placed on the heart transplant list just after Christmas last year. On Tuesday morning, I received a phone call from her hubby, informing me that she had her new heart! It came in late Monday night, so they did surgery from around midnight until 6:30 the next morning. She did very well throughout the surgery. What a wonderful Christmas gift! We are so thankful for this!
