May. 13, 2009 - Finding Favor with the King
I am reading a wonderful book right now on the story of Esther. It is called Finding Favor With the King by Tommy Tenney. I highly recommend this book! I have done several studies on Esther, but none like this one! It brings out things I've never heard before. I borrowed this book from someone at church, but I'm seriously thinking I should buy a copy for myself.
Speaking of finding favor, I went for my second interview on Tuesday. While she didn't tell me I had the job, she did say that she would likely be calling me on Wednesday morning to officially offer me the job.

That book sounds wonderful! I just finished reading a book to the young girls in the Bible Study I lead that included several chapters on the story of Esther. She was truly an extrodinary woman!
