Aug. 30, 2009 - Dh's truck
Dh's parked truck just got hit. The 19 yo kid must have been flying to turn the corner, cross to the other side of the street, then knock the truck more than 25 yards up a hill! 
This is his work truck -- the one dh uses if/when he has a job out of town. We cannot afford to buy another truck w/how slow his work is. I don't know what we are going to do.

In this next photo, it will give you an idea of how far the truck was moved.
Dh's truck was parked all the way over to the left side of this photo. You can see the marks in the grass where the truck went until it finally stopped.
My spirit is telling me to keep saying, "God is good, and ALL that He does is good." However, my flesh wants to say, "Life s*cks, then you die." (That is a quote from my brother.) 
Thankfully, he now has the Lord in his life, so that isn't his theology any longer.

Oh my goodness, that's awful....but at least your dh wasn't "in" the truck when it was hit. Anyway, as you said, God will work things out for the better.
