There's A Contest on My Blog ~ Enter for Your Chance to Win A Free Copy of The Schoolhouse Planner!
I am excited to announce a super fun contest on my blog. I am giving away a free copy of The Schoolhouse Planner to one fortunate winner. This planner's retail value is $39.00 but it can be YOURS FREE if I draw your name! With most of us starting our school year soon this planner is a must-have when it comes to preparing our lesson plans and schedules.
I have greatly enjoyed my copy of The Schoolhouse Planner and want to share with you some of the wonderful things included in it. If this is your first year to homeschool or you're a seasoned homeschool veteran this is the planner for you! It contains useful information that will guide you in planning not only your weeks or months, but your entire year also. The best feature of all is that it's interactive. I can type in my schedule or lesson plans on the PDF form, hit print, and have a lovely page printed instantly. No more writer's cramp! And there are links galore that I can access with a click of my mouse. It is user friendly and saves this busy mommy of four lots of time.
I have tried many planners and have even attempted to create my own, but nothing compares with this easy to use version that The Old Schoolhouse® has thoughtfully published. The creators of this amazing 247-page planner took suggestions from several homeschooling families and put it all into one time-saving e-book version.
There are many things included in the planner, but some of my favorites are the recipes, homeschool planning pages and household forms that can be filled out online and printed, and the quick links to resources at The Schoolhouse Store®. Another added benefit is the option to purchase a new module each month to compliment your planner. The free copy one of you will win runs from July 2008 through June 2009. I just purchased the July and August modules and was thrilled with the activity sheets my kids can enjoy, the ideas for family activities, and of course the recipes!
You can download a preview copy of The Schoolhouse Planner and see for yourself some of the pages included in it. It's an incredible tool that will save you time while planning your school year, and bring enjoyment as you view all the useful information contained within it's pages.
To enter this contest simply leave a comment with your name, a way to contact you (email address or a link to your blog) and why you'd like to win this planner. Only one entry per person please. Please feel free to add a link to my blog from yours, and let's get the word out about this grand contest.
The contest ends August 23, 2008 at 12:00 A.M. MST. Hurry! Enter today and get ready to use the best planner imagineable for your upcoming school year.

My name is Margie and this is going to be my first time ever homeschooling! I have two daughters who are 9 (almost 10) and 7 and a little boy who is 2.
I almost don't know where to start even though I've been thinking about this, talking with others on the yahoo groups and researching for over 6 months. I just don't feel like I'm prepared enough... but I'm getting the feeling no one really feels prepared....
Anyways, hoping a planner like this will help me get and KEEP my butt in gear. :)

My name is Rita and I have a 12 year old daughter who has learning differences, as I grew up with differences as well. I have tried schools only to find them of more harm then help. I am a slight scattered brain, so this planner would help us a great deal.

I'm Amy, homeschool Mom of 6 hoppin' kids, DD14, DD12, DD11, DD4, DS2, and DS infant. I've been looking at the planner, but haven't wanted to spend the money on it yet. This could help in organizing our world of chaos. I am a piler and not a filer so ultimately who knows what is going to work best for my scattered brain. LOL.

It is a blessing to hear about your contest via Grace Talk with JoJo T. Thank you so much for giving us this opportunity to win this planner. I live far from where homeschool resources abound and coops exist, a planner like this with all the good stuff in it will definitely be a great guide and encouragement to help me plan out our homeschool year (it was so unnerving last year and I am still recovering from it). My husband and I homeschool 3 kids ages 11, 10 and 3.5yo here in Sri Lanka where homeschool support is such a rare commodity.

Hi!!! I would love to win this planner because I am in need of a new one for the new school year and we were supposed to be rejoining my dh in TN. We got word last night that the deal on our house fell thru and it will need to go back on the market. We are really short on money, due to paying for his rent and our mortgage, so winning this would be a blessing! Thanks for offering this! :)
Thanks!

Hi, I just saw the planner you have. I have been homeschooling my 3 children for the past 3 years. The oldest ages 7 and 9 are still attempting to finish 1st and 3rd grade and now I've decided to technically homeschool my 5 year old daughter. I did attempt to encourage her to try public school but she wants to be homeschooled. I have no idea how I'm going to do it with 3 kids in 3 different grade levels, work part-time etc. and to make matters worse we are starting this year behind. Maybe I need to try something else?!! Anyway all things happen for a reason and I know things will work out somehow! Sincerely, Barbara Savage

I just received your email pertaining to the planner. My name is Mollie. I would love to be considered for "winning" this planner. It would be of great use to me. I am a grandmother raising my 6 yr. old granddaughter. I also have a 12 yr. old grandson who's father is in prison and I need to keep his things organized. I also teach Children's church for our church, and I sure could use it there. Our church is small and I provide all my "kid's" lessons and crafts. This way I could keep all my things organized.I would be greatly honored if you do consider me when you draw names. craignmollie@cox.net
Sincerely,
Mojomc (Mollie)

I would love to get your homeschool planner! I home-schooled my older children for their elementary grades and then had to send them to school but we have four children we have adopted from China that are ages 3, 4.75, 5 and almost 6. The two older ones speak no english so we are starting pre-kindergarten, kindergarten with the three older ones and activities with the three year old and need all the help I can get.
Thanks for the opportunity!
