Like I needed another thing to play with online, but I do. I have joined The Homeschool Lounge. I'm still getting to know my way around there, but it's been fun so far. I've already met some of my HSB friends over there, and I'm sure I will meet even more. So I will apologize now for not stopping by peoples blogs much today, I'm playing at my new 'nook'. I can't wait to get it set up to be more 'me', but I'm still trying to figure out what I want set up.
We had a good day in school. We started and finished school early today because I was still on the search for cell phones, and the kids wanted an electronic day, i.e. blogging and video games. It's surprising how quick school can go when there is something they are looking forward too. I still haven't found the exact phones we wanted, so we might settle for a non flip-phone. The non flip-phone was still a nice phone, and I think it will work. It will also save us about $40 to buy it, so that's good. Paul and I will look at it more tonight and decide what we want to do. If we stick with the flip-phone, we will have to order it online, so we won't have phones for another week or so. But if we buy the other ones, I can get them tomorrow, and get phones going by Saturday. Which is good, because his overtime is slowly starting to kick in (he's actually working late tonight). So we really want to get the phones set up. We went without cell phones during his last round of OT, and it was hard. So I think we'll go for the other phone, and see how it goes.
Other than that, not much else going on. Sorry to make this so short, but I do want to get back to playing with my new nook at The Homeschool Lounge. I am glad you will get the phones soon. I know I feel so dependent on mine when I am out and about. I thought I had forgot mine today when we were at Occupational Therapy and I almost panicked. So silly, really. I used to live without one not so long ago. But still I am glad you are going to get one.
