And AWAY We Go....
Remember that I predicted that this whole reversal thing would be a roller coaster ride... well, HOLD ON TIGHT... here we go!
We contacted Dr. Wilson and he did not have any Sept. appts. available and there was some other confusion that resulted in Blessed Arrows reversing their previous decision to deny our application and they have now accepted it!!!! So they ARE assissting with the funding!
We have made a semi-definite appointment for Oct. 3rd. We plan to fly to OKC on Oct. 2, have the surgery the 3rd, rest in the hotel for the next two days and fly home on Oct. 6th.
We will still need to save up all the travel money by then and I have been selling books on ebay to help with those extra expenses!
Apparently I struck on a hidden treasure. I had some books that we were not using that were GIVEN to us a long while back and I thought they might sell for $10. So far they are up to $66 and there is still 2 days remaining on that auction! I am amazed! My goal is to make $100 per week on ebay in order to cover our expenses. So with that and a few smaller auctions I will make that goal THIS week!
It is a good thing I had thought in advance that this might be a roller coaster ride, b/c the craziness of the past few days was definitely mitigated by the underlying... AHA! I KNEW it would be like this! So, we are climbing the first big hill... UP... UP... and UP... And AWAAAAY WE GO!

It seems the Lord is opening doors for you. His timing is always perfect. I am slowly learning that. I've had some success selling on ebay, too. A few years ago, I cleaned out our attic and sold enough of my high school "junk" and other odds & ends around the house to buy my daughter a cello!
