Yeah... public school is over now. We start back to homeschooling the whole group on Monday. I am excited and nervous. I feel very inadequate and I keep asking myself... if it was overwhelming before, what makes you think you will do better now?
We are done with dance recital and pictures, end-of-year field trips (Ian had 3 field trips in 3 consecutive school days and we had a total of 5 field trips in 1 month!)
We are done with Kindergarten Graduation (we baked 25 doz. choc. chip cookies and 10 doz. rice krispy treats!)
We are now gearing up for Kaitlyn's 14th birthday next week. I think she is going to end up having 4 friends (maybe 5) attending. They will do a little craft, have desert and maybe paint their nails. Nothing big. VERY simple this year.
Jordan will be 12 in August... Twelve days later Noah will turn 8 and five days after that Hannah will be turning 6. So we will have 3 more b-days before Summer's full end!
(Ian is the only non-Summer bday!... he was our Christmas gift!)
We also are going camping for 1 week in August and my dad was talking about visiting in July!
I think we will pass on VBS this year and maybe we will or maybe we won't do swimming during the summer. We will see.
We are looking into some kind of sports for Ian in the fall.. karate or soccer or something.
I need to post a bunch of pictures.
Does anyone know how to post video from a camera? (My digital camera can do short videos, but I don't know how to save them.)
Well, we are going to the zoo today!
Have a GREAT FATHER'S DAY weekend. My hubby has to work on Father's Day... so I will probably post tomorrow afternoon after church while is is gone. :(
