Being the NON type A personality I started to sweat reading your post. :) Well, jealousy can do that to a gal. I wish I were as organized, but since I know my limitations I can't hold onto that. Good luck in achieving your goals. I'm really impressed and proud that you are continuing to put your kids first. GOOD for you.
Be sure to give yourself breaks in your schedule! Ya don't want to burn out.

today is our day 1 as well!! Very exciting. I used to use a time based schedule...but after a few days it made me to tense...so I have adapted a checklist for the day....with each thing that needs done...and then when they are all checked...WE'VE done a good job! This helps me...I do have some guidelines that need to be done by 10am-- 1pm-- and 4pm. Just to see where we are....
I hope you and your family have a great day!!
What is your unit study on? We are using Weaver Unit 1 so we are looking /learning about City's, towers etc...using the Tower of Babel as today's Bible lesson.
Enjoy!

Wow, you are ambitious! You make schedules just like me! I LOVE to make them, but rarely stick to them! Oh well, at least it's a starting point! Good luck with your summer schooling! We are taking the summer off, just working on some workbooks here and there to stay fresh on the basics. Like the previous commenter, we are going to be using Weaver 1 in the fall and I'm pretty excited to get started, but I have plenty to do before then! In fact, I have schedules like yours planned out for the next week of "non-homeschool" things I'd like to accomplish before summer runs out! Too much to do, too little time! Hope your first day is a success!
BTW, I found your blog through a Blubber Bloggers digest email and we have almost the exact same weight loss goals! I am also 5'2" and need to lose 40 pounds to reach my goal of 120 before I get pregnant again! I just had a baby about 6 weeks ago, but we'd really like to start trying again around the beginning of next year. I just want to be WAY healthier when I get pregnant this time around! Good luck with your goals and maybe we could encourage each other from time to time!
Have a good one! -Brandi

We are starting back to school today too. Oh, I am not near as structured as you are, but then, I only have one right now. Perhaps when I add two toddlers to the group, I will have to come back and revisit this schedule.
I have never been a list maker or schedule maker, but my husband is. I do appreciate his organization and only tell him he is wierd when he does these three things:
* He once made a list of lists he needed to create.
* If he does something not on the list, he writes it on the list just so he can cross it out!
* His homepage on the Internet isn't the news or even HSB, when he signs on the Internet, he has a page he created that has links to projects he would like to do. Rather than deleting the link when the project is completed, he writes (DONE) behind it in red. He tried to figure out how to strike out the text in the link, but it didn't work.

Our current unit study is on the book of Genesis.
We have done The Weaver before (for several years) and loved it! This is similar in a way.
