ahem... anyway, we were having a race to see who's camera was faster. Thankfully, mine was... mine cost more than double what hers cost... so if she had won I'd have been devastated! :)
On the Fourth of July, my dad bought fireworks for the children! So fun!!!!

I love the hair in your family. You know, redheads stand out in a crowd. What a way to go through life. Maybe that's why I always fake it and dye my hair reddish. :)

What great memories. I am awful at taking pictures. I have tried to get better as Marissa is making an accordian album for her mom for Christmas and wants lots of different photos. She is going to send a disposable camera and a self addressed return envelope to her mom too ~ hopefully, we will be able to do another accordian album for Marissa with pictures of her birth family.
I had almost forgotten how green it is up in Washington where it rains "occassionally!"

I love the pictures! I have to tell you, my dd used all of her birthday money to purchase a digital camera as well. She loves taking pictures. The other day she was doing an acting class type activity with dd who is five. She had her make all these different facial expressions. The pictures are priceless!
